Assignment #4 - Color Theory

I went and and started to shoot, and realized we are in a thawing out brown stage of winter... which doesn't make sense since it's February. So looking at the environment outside, I had snow in front of my apartment, since I live facing north, soggy green-yellow-brown ground, and bright blue skies (inversion was gone and it was nice to breath). Back to what I did, I went out and saw these colors and worked with them as my pallet, much like a limited pallet in painting or graphic design. So this is what I cam up with.

Assignment #3 - High Key/ Low Key

I want to apologize for not apologizing for my assignment, in turn apologizing for my assignment when I shouldn't be apologizing. j/k

When doing this assignment I realized I needed to be in class when we went over bracketing, and I would have understood it more. I utilized the internet and found out what it was. So I will list what I learned.

The List:
1- Be in class when the instructor goes over the assignment, no matter what.
2- Use better black surrounds when shooting low key, less reflective surfaces will help.
3- Natural light is king, and overcast light.
4- I should not consume that much caffeine to stay awake on days I don't sleep much the night before
5- I love nachos (not as much as J-Dawgs)
6- I need to spend more time out and about with my camera, I have missed a lot of chances for nice compositions
7- I forget more than I learn, so I should keep a notebook with me for ideas.
